EVENT PRODUCTION – 2019

Upon researching and catering for a fitness void in the Sekondi – Takoradi, Music pharmacy created a quarterly event “Live Therapy” for fitness enthusiasts between the ages of 18 – 40 years in partnership with Raja Moov, Defnation, IG Automobile and Ray’s Gym. A soul-enriching journey of Yoga Training in Takoradi with Coach Nela.

The amazingly curated event creates a magical environment to connect with the spiritual self and celebrate the richness of life and wellness. The training takes you through the learning of the asanas, gives you glimpses of its history, teaches breathing control technique, lets you unwind with meditation, makes you aware of your body, and ultimately evolves you as an eminent yoga beneficiary not just a mere enthusiast.
